  i don’t consider it my place to tell people who they are and aren’t allowed to not want to interact with. so long as it doesn’t fall under the policy about bigotry and hate speech, such as trying to dni all members of a certain race/gender/etc, then users can dni or block whoever they want. now this might change in a hedge case, for example if a ton of people add some highly specific dni in what’s clearly a brigade/cancellation on someone, but at the individual level it would be bizarre, i think, to tell people they have to interact with others so that they don’t feel excluded.
